Jayashri Prasanan is a doctoral scientist and Chief Product Officer working where artificial intelligence, drug discovery and the life sciences meet. Her career runs through biotechnology research, pharmaceutical product leadership, and AI strategy for regulated markets.
She founded NexushriLabs, an AI product studio for pharma and life sciences, and owns and leads development of its drug intelligence suite. She advises pharmaceutical, healthcare technology and investor clients through leading expert networks, and takes selected fractional product leadership roles.

Founded NexushriLabs and took it from formation to federal award eligibility in six months, including Unique Entity Identifier assignment and active SAM.gov registration, which opened SBIR and STTR eligibility.
- July 2026
Submitted three Solution Summaries to ARPA-H under the 2026 SBIR solicitation, covering women's health and safety science.
- 2026 to now
Own and lead development of Axira, a drug intelligence suite spanning computational target identification, multi-omic biomarker discovery, pharmacovigilance signal detection, clinical data intelligence and sample management. Released capability by capability.
- 2017 to now
Principal and Chief Executive Officer of Keevaath LLC, a women-owned talent and consulting firm. Chief Operating Officer there from 2015, where I built the project management function from nothing.
- 2022 to now
Chief Product Officer and Innovation Lead at KeevaathTech, the product studio arm of Keevaath LLC. Gulf Careers Academy, an AI job placement platform, and MaatraCare are live. Meridian, an automated global recruiting platform, is in build.
- 2024 to now
Advise an AI startup on product roadmap, positioning and go-to-market as technology advisor and marketing lead.
- From 2004
Taught biochemistry, microbiology and molecular biology at graduate and postgraduate level, then carried out doctoral research at the Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai, in fermentative production, downstream processing and drug discovery.
